A Nail Technician license in Florida allows you to legally provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and basic nail care in salons and spas. Licensure is regulated by the Florida Board of Cosmetology under the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Florida requires 180 clock hours of approved nail technician training to qualify for licensure.

Yes. Our Nail Technician program is approved and meets all Florida Board of Cosmetology and DBPR requirements for licensure.

No written or practical exam is required in Florida. Once you complete the required hours, you can apply directly for your license through **DBPR**.
How long does it take to complete the Nail Technician program? 

Program length depends on the schedule selected. Many students complete the program in 2 months with consistent attendance.

Yes. We offer daytime and evening flexible scheduling options designed for working students as well as weekend classes.
Yes. If you completed nail training at another licensed school or in another state, we can evaluate your transcripts to determine if any hours may transfer toward Florida licensure.

Enrollment typically requires a valid photo ID and SSN. 

Yes. We offer free introductory classes so prospective students can meet instructors, tour the campus, and learn more about the program before enrolling.
Licensed Nail Technicians may work in nail salons, day spas, resorts, cruise ships, or operate their own business where permitted by law.
After completing the program and passing the required examination, we assist graduates with submitting their Florida Board of Cosmetology licensure application.
We offer Florida approved curriculum, hands-on training, experienced instructors, small class sizes, flexible schedules, payment plans, and guidance throughout the licensing process.
Yes. Our instructors are Spanish speaking and happy to assist you in your native language.

Schedule

  • Morning session: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm (with a lunch break)
  • Evening session: Monday to Thursday, 5pm/6pm to 9pm
  • Weekend session: Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 4pm

Requirements

  • To enroll, you will need a valid ID and Social Security Number.

Material Includes

  • The tuition includes a full student kit with a nail drill machine, practice mannequin hand, and many consumable materials.
  • All products used during class are provided by the school, and we also provide live models for hands-on practice starting from the third week, once students gain more confidence.
