NAMIA aka Neo Beauty School provides high-quality, hands-on training to give you a competitive edge in the beauty and allied health industries. We offer diplomas in Skin Care, Laser Technician & Electrolysis, Medical Aesthetician, and Nail Tech, as well as Medical Assistant Certification and Paramedical Skin Care CE workshops. Learn to perform a variety of services, including laser hair removal, electrology, skin analysis, facials, spa treatments, body wrapping, waxing, and more.
We offer affordable tuition rates and state-of-the-art facilities. For more information, please see our catalog. Upon successful completion of our diploma programs, graduates can apply for a Florida Facial Specialist or Nail Technician license from DBPR (Esthetician and Nail Tech) or an Electrolysis Technician License from the Department of Health, Electrolysis Board. Graduates can also become certified and nationally recognized as Medical Assistants or Phlebotomy Technicians.
LASER & ELECTROLYSIS PROGRAM
This program provides instruction in permanent hair removal by electrolysis, providing students with a thorough entry-level preparation to work in the field of electrology. The short wave, blend, and galvanic methods are taught in small classes and students gain hands-on experience through clinical applications.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may apply for the state licensing exam and the national certification testing. A diploma will be awarded upon graduation from the program. The State of Florida requires Electrologist to be licensed to work in the field.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT PROGRAM

Joanna is the best teacher, extremely knowledgeable and hands on. Everyone that works there is so helpful and always there for you for your needs. The class becomes like a family and it’s a lot of fun.
You have lecture, then the majority of your learning is practicals (hands on). So through the entire program you spend each day practicing facials, assessing and caring for each skin type. Learning different types of treatments, products, and learning proper aseptic techniques. You learn how to use machines, hair removal techniques, make up techniques… I don’t think anything is missed in this program.
